Branch Marketing Coordinator – Spring Hill

Accurate Mortgage Group’s branch in Spring Hill, TN, is looking for a highly organized marketing coordinator to assist top-producing loan originators with social media, maintaining and utilizing our customer retention management system, client and agent communications, event coordination and other marketing/customer-relationship-type duties. Knowledge of the mortgage industry isn’t required. This is an entry-level position.


  • Maintain and update content management systems (training provided)
  • Monitor and maintain social media platforms and assist in implementing new social media tactics
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Coordination of events/meetings loan originators will hold for realtors and/or clients
  • Light administrative duties


  • High school diploma or equivalent, though bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred

Mortgage Loan Originator – Nashville, Brentwood, Smyrna, Murfreesboro or Spring Hill Branches

Inside Loan Partner – Nashville, Brentwood, Smyrna, Murfreesboro or Spring Hill Branches

We’re looking for a loan partner to join a team with referral partnerships already in place. You will not need to bring in new business, but will instead focus on managing loan files from application through closing, pulling and analyzing credit applicant information, and reviewing income and asset documents. You will also run DU, help process and submit files, help clear conditions, and communicate directly with both borrowers and real estate agents during the process to obtain needed documentation and keep all parties informed of the loan status during the process.


  • NMLS License preferred under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 (“SAFE Act”)
  • Primary contact and liaison between clients, realtor partners and loan originator (LO)
  • Take phone applications and schedule appointments with the supervising LO
  • Submit complete loan applications for each customer file with the supervising LO
  • Track all requested documents in Encompass
  • Review documentation received within 24 hours of receipt for discrepancies, omissions, verified income calculation, asset verification and Encompass updates based on verified information and immediately notify operations manager when any discrepancies are found on documentation
  • Partner with the operations manager in resolving problems in files and documents
  • Ensure files are complete and set up in accordance with company policy and procedure
  • Assist with marketing efforts relating to client and realtor databases



Senior Loan Processor – Nashville, Brentwood, Smyrna, Murfreesboro or Spring Hill Branches

We’re looking for a senior-level mortgage loan processor to work as part of a dynamic, highly productive team. As the primary contact for our clients during a critical portion of the loan process, the person we’re looking for will have to be adept at explaining complex operations in easy-to-comprehend terms. They will need to have a pleasant and calm demeanor, and be able to work with a wide variety of personality types. If you have a few years of solid processing experience and are looking for a fast-paced work environment that includes a team of people who don’t take themselves too seriously, then this may be the right job for you.


  • Minimum of three years of mortgage loan processing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for keeping all parties (LO, clients, agent, etc.) up-to-date on loan status at all times
  • Effective organization and time-management skills
  • Self-directed problem solver requiring little day-to-day supervision to complete tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Can quickly do an initial review of a file for completeness and accuracy, make necessary corrections and follow-up on ordered/pending items for initial submission

Branch Operations Manager – Nashville

We’re looking for a branch operations manager to operate out of our Nashville, TN, location. This position will be responsible for overall loan operations, management and oversight of the mortgage loan support staff from contract through loan funding. It also requires leading and supervising staff to ensure precise and timely work flow, as well as communicating with our other seven branches to promote excellent customer service, and continued efficient and correct work flow.


  • Monitors activity and volume, and advises senior management of daily and upcoming workload
  • Enforces company’s policies and procedures
  • Manages employees by developing and maintaining a clear vision, strategy, plan of action and workflow
  • Identifies area or position needs, and assists with training on loan programs, policies and procedures, etc., as necessary
  • Assists with interviewing, hiring, evaluating performances, rewarding and coaching employees
  • Assists with addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Aligns employees’ strengths, skills, knowledge and abilities to ensure goals are met

  • Minimum of four years of experience in loan processing or reviewing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans
  • Minimum of two-year supervisory experience, including experience in employee coaching and development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to demonstrate organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and assume responsibility to make necessary decisions
