Maribeth is simply awesome. She and her team were extremely professional, as usual, and very efficient. We started the refi on June 9th and closed on June 22nd. I have worked with Accurate Mortgage twice now but have not yet had the opportunity to finalize a deal with them. That said, I can testify to the excellent service they provide. I was never pressured to close this deal but always given good direction on what is and would be happening. Maribeth and others were always there to help me understand the mortgage market and process. Maribeth even took the time to tell me what another lender should be doing and what I should be looking for on the good faith estimate. She even took a quick look at it so she just to see that there was no red flags that were making the deal with Accurate and the deal with the other company so different. She even looked up what people were saying about this other company on the internet. While I could have done the additional research, it was crazy cool that Maribeth did it even though she was pretty sure I would not end up with Accurate because of the difference in total mortgage costs between the two companies. This was the greatest customer service I have ever received!!!! She said she was there to help me and she was. Her help did not seem to be contingent on my using Accurate. I don’t know what else I can say but I will go to Accurate first for all of my mortgage needs and will use them if we can ever get the numbers close. I will also, with no hesitation, recommend Accurate to all my friends and co-workers. Thanks to your service and thank you for your service. Accurate really has great employees and that is great to see. Kudos to the company for creating that kind of atmosphere and kudos to the great customer-focused employees like Maribeth.

Being first-time homebuyers, my wife and I really didn’t know the first thing about buying a house. We knew we wanted to get prequalified to see what we could afford but that was the extent of it. We teamed up with Maribeth, who was absolutely incredible. This young, but very knowledgeable, lady was there every step of the way for us, and I mean every step. She was always available to answer questions, whether it was morning, night, weekday or weekend. I thought for sure she would dump us (I know I would have) but, instead, she was very reassuring and answered every question I had. You always hear people talking about their experience and, now, Maria and I have a story to tell ourselves. Bottom line, I will recommend Maribeth to all my friends and even strangers.
