I cannot say enough about this location! We worked with Serena and her team; and they did not miss a beat. Serena’s customer service and attentiveness was PERFECT! She answered/responded to our calls, emails, texts quickly. She was open and honest which made the process so smooth. And let me not forget how great Serena’s personality is! I felt so comfortable and at ease while working with her. We’ve purchased homes before, but this was our first purchase with Accurate Mortgage and I would recommend everyone to go to this location when purchasing/ refinancing.
