I joined Accurate Mortgage after more than 13 years as an attorney in private practice. I handled matters ranging from public policy to commercial real estate to a highly specialized sector of employment contracts for high-profile clients. I still practice law but limit the scope of my practice to assisting nonprofit organizations and pro bono matters for people in need.

 

I’m a Nashville native. I used the profits I earned from raising and showing Holstein dairy cattle to help pay for college and law school — both at The University of Tennessee.

 

During law school, I clerked for a respected local judge; served as Speaker of the House of the Intercollegiate State Legislature; worked for the General Counsel to a major commercial real estate development firm; clerked for a noted trial lawyer, was a member of the Tennessee Law Review; and was a founding board member for the College of Law Speaker Series.

 

I’ve been with Accurate Mortgage for 13 years, and I love my teammates and clients! My goal is to simplify what’s become a very complex process. I want my clients to fully understand their loan options. I believe in never turning down a client — if you need credit help or strategies to reduce debt or build savings, we’ll work together to achieve your goal of home ownership.

 

I believe in giving back. In my free time, I volunteer in our community and spend time with my rescue dogs, Lurlene and Rhythm, along with a rotating cast of fosters.
