Mary was with us every step of the way during our home buying experience AND after. We were pre-qualified in 5 hours due to her hard work and closed on our dream home in about 30 days! She is a monster and communicated effectively day and night. Buying a home of any size is a monumental experience no matter how many times you’ve been through the process. As first time home buyers, Mary was willing to talk through the steps with us as many times as we needed and advocate on our behalf. Mary was a great help to me when I was initially purchasing my home. I had a problem with my original lender and was in a time crunch. I needed some advice and reached out to Mary. Even though I was not a client of hers or the company, she called me back and explained all my options in regards to my lender at the time. It was so helpful that I ended up closing on time with my original lender utilizing some of the options she suggested.

When it came time to refinance, it was a no brainer. I went with Mary and she took me through the seamless process of completing the refi. She establishes the level of communication you want and is always available.

Mary was very helpful when I first contacted her about refinancing my house. She was patient and attentive as I asked questions and thought about my decision. When I determined that a refinance was not in my best interest she understood and did not harass me after working with me. She kept me informed about changes in the housing market and when I decided to purchase a new house, I knew she would be the perfect mortgage banker for me. When going through the process of pre-qualifying and waiting for approval, she kept me informed of the progress and was very detailed when requesting new documents. The rate that was given to me was better than some of the other inquires I made and the closing process was very smooth and quick. She was always available when we needed questions answered, even outside of normal business hours. I highly recommend her when others ask for a reliable and trustworthy mortgage banker to work with.
