They were also able to get the appraisal for our property waived which sped up the loan process and were ready to close weeks in advance compared to the other Mortgage Lender we had dealt with. Not only did I get my loan locked in at a decent rate, everybody, including Heino, walked me through some pretty intensive paperwork. So while refinancing or getting a mortgage can be cumbersome, at least it’s good to have people on the other end of the phone to talk to you and get you through things quickly with if needed.
