I am a real estate agent. I worded with Karen Vickers on my most recent transaction. She was the buyer’s lender and I represented the seller. From day one, Karen was in constant communication with me about every milestone of her client’s loan process. The buyer had FHA-THDA financing. We went under contract on 9/28, set to close on 10/30. Karen assisted my wife and I with financing for our first home. I cannot express how helpful and knowledgeable she was and how easy she made the process on me. I was already having difficulty with a bank getting a response back to me and updating me on my case. It took them almost 8 weeks to get back to me regarding my finance options. When I reached out to Karen and her team, I had all my answers and options within 48 hours of me getting in contact with her.
